The security services in Al Dhalea District arrested two gangs specialized in stealing gold and selling it in the markets after stealing a quantity of gold worth 40 million Yemeni riyals from the home of a citizen in the district.
The security director of Al Dhalayah District, Lieutenant Colonel Walid bin Shamlan, explained to the security media that the security men, in coordination with Doaan security, succeeded in arresting these two gangs, consisting of 4 individuals, namely (M.S.S.B) and (S.A.S.) B), (A.S.B) and (A.A.S.B) after an extensive search and investigation process for them, indicating that the first gang was present in the district and its mission was to steal gold from homes and send it to the second gang located in Doan for the purpose of Sell it in gold stores.
Lieutenant Colonel Bin Shamlan confirmed that all members of the two gangs confessed to selling gold in five stores in Dawan and Al-Qattan before they were placed in custody to transfer their file to the prosecution, noting that security men are ready in various circumstances to fight crime and limit its occurrence in its various forms, and to preserve the peace and tranquility of citizens, calling on citizens To permanent cooperation with their security services to fight all criminals who seek to disturb public peace, expressing his thanks to the Director General of Security and Police, Brigadier General Mutee Saeed Al-Menhali, for his interest and support for the security services to perform their best.
