Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, Head of the Assistant Political Body of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, met in his office, today, Monday, in the capital, Aden, with Awad bin Awad Al-Salahi, Deputy Governor of Lahj Governorate and Secretary-General of the Local Council in the Governorate.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Khobaji touched on the latest political developments on the southern national scene, the repercussions of developments on the local reality in the southern governorates, as well as the positions of the Transitional Council on various current issues and developments.
For his part, Al-Salahi spoke about the economic and service conditions in Lahj Governorate, the achievements that have been achieved in the recent period, the difficulties and obstacles facing their work in the governorate, as well as investment problems and obstacles for traders and investors, and obstacles to development and general trade that would serve the governorate.
Dr. Nasser Al-Khubhi praised the efforts being made in the governorate, and that the Southern Transitional Council will work to support and assist the leadership of the local authority in the governorate in overcoming any obstacles they face, and that there is great interest from the leadership of the Transitional Council in Lahj Governorate, especially in the field of investment and industries.
