Today, Tuesday, the Public Prosecution in Aden Governorate ordered the detention of 4 security personnel, including the director of the Khormaksar Police Department, pending investigation on charges of assaulting the deputy prosecutor of Ahwar, Judge Rami Salem Al-Damani.
A document issued by the prosecution stated that Judge Waddah Abdullah Badib, head of the Southern Aden Appeals Prosecution, directed an order to the director of Mansoura Central Prison to place the aforementioned persons in pretrial detention.
The order mentioned the names of the accused:
1. Adel Saleh Muhammad Al-Radfani, Director of the Khormaksar Police Department.
2. Faisal Abdullah Ahmed Qasim Al-Mansouri, 34 years old, Green City, Lahj, officer at the Mansoura Police Department.
3. Muhammad Hashem Muhammad Hassan, 34 years old, Al-Saada neighborhood, Khor Maksar, officer of the Khor Maksar Police Department.
4. Ihab Ali Abda Farham, 54 years old, Sheikh Othman, police officer, Khor Maksar.
According to the document, the detention decision was based on the attached pretrial detention orders.
