The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, welcomed today (Wednesday) the announcement issued by the Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, regarding the agreement of the Yemeni government and the Houthis on measures to reduce the escalation with regard to the banking sector and airlines.
