The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the Scholarships Sector, Dr. Mazen Al-Jafri, announced that the transfer of dues for students on scholarship to study abroad for the second quarter of 2023 has begun.

Dr. Mazen Al-Jafari explained, in an official statement to the government agency, that the transfer of dues had begun from the Central Bank of Yemen in the temporary capital, Aden, to all cultural attachés and Yemeni embassies accredited abroad to be disbursed to students in the coming days.

Al-Jifri confirmed that the Scholarships Sector has also completed the preparation of the third quarter of the year 2023 AD and the tuition fees for 2023/2024 AD in order to reduce the time period between the due date of the quarter and the expected date for its delivery.. He called on students to appreciate the difficult circumstances and current challenges facing the country.
