Hebrew media said on Thursday that the United States intercepted a missile fired from Yemen towards Israel, while it was in Saudi airspace.

The private channel “12” stated that the US Air Force intercepted a missile fired from Yemen towards Israel, before reaching the border.

She pointed out that the sirens inside Israel are not activated as a result of this attack.

Until the time of the news was published, Riyadh did not issue any official comment regarding the missile interception process over its atmosphere.

In mid -March, US President Donald Trump announced that he had ordered his country's army to launch a "major attack" against the Houthi group in Yemen, before he threatened to "eliminate the Houthis completely."

While the group ignored Trump's threat, and resumed the bombing of sites inside Israel and ships in the Red Sea, heading to it, in response to the resumption of Tel Aviv since last March 18th, the war of extermination against the Palestinians in Gaza.
