Paris Saint-Germain swept its host Montpellier and defeated it (6-0) at the Parc des Princes Stadium, at the opening of the second round of the French League today, Friday.
Saint-Germain took the lead with two goals in the first half, scored by Bradley Barcola and Marco Asensio in the two minutes (4, 24).
In the second half, Barkola, Achraf Hakimi, Zaire Emery, and Lee Kang-in added 4 more goals in minutes (53, 58, 60, 82).
Saint-Germain raised its score to 6 points at the top, achieving a full score, while Montpellier is in 11th place with one point.
The Parisian giant did not give its guest a chance to catch a breath, but scored an early goal after less than 4 minutes.
Joao Neves exchanged the ball with Bradley Barcola, who quickly started from the middle of the field, and shot from inside the penalty area into the net after hitting the post.
