Al-Hilal team achieved an exciting victory over its counterpart Damac, with a score of (3-2), in the match that brought them together this Wednesday evening, in the second round of the Saudi Professional League.

Alexander Mitrovic scored two goals for Al Hilal in the 45+5 and 84 minutes, and Musab Al-Jawir in the 73rd minute.

While Damac scored two goals by François Camano and Habib Diallo in the 49th and 53rd minutes.   

With this result, Al Hilal topped the Roshen League ranking table with 6 points, while Damak came in 16th place without any points.

Al-Hilal started the match strongly, and this was evident after they threatened Damak’s goal in the 5th minute, through a cross inside the penalty area, which Ali Al-Bulaihi headed in with a strong header, but Damak’s goalkeeper blocked it.

Al Hilal continued its pressure in the 7th minute with another cross into the penalty area, which was met by Coulibaly with a powerful shot that was blocked by the goalkeeper and hit the crossbar.

The 18th minute witnessed a goal for Al Hilal scored by player Mitrovic, after he received a cross from Salem Al Dosari, but the referee canceled it due to the Serbian player being offside.

The Damak team tried to threaten Al Hilal's goal in the 30th minute, through a pass from Ramzi Solan to François Camano. He tried to shoot it, but Yassine Bounou came out and blocked it.

The 34th minute saw a cross into the penalty area, which Sergej Savic converted with a strong header, which almost hugged the net, but passed next to the post.

Damak responded with a dangerous opportunity in the 37th minute, when the players took advantage of a mistake by Lodi, and it reached George Nkoudou, who shot inside the penalty area, but goalkeeper Bono successfully blocked it.

Damak scored a goal in the 45th minute through his player François Camano, after he scored inside the penalty area, but the match referee canceled it due to the player being offside.

Al-Hilal scored its first goal in the match in the 45th minute + 5, through its Serbian player Mitrovic, with a wonderful shot with his head into the net, after he followed a shot from Mohammed Al-Qahtani inside the penalty area.

Minute 45 + 9 witnessed a dangerous attack by Al Hilal, after Mitrovic passed a cross to Salem Al Dosari, who was alone in the goal and shot it, but Dammak goalkeeper Florin Nita made a brilliant save.

At the beginning of the second half, specifically in the 48th minute, Savic shot a dangerous, powerful ball from outside the penalty area, but it was blocked brilliantly by Damak's goalkeeper.

Damak scored the equalizer in the 49th minute, through his player Kamano, who received the ball inside the penalty area and shot over goalkeeper Yassin Boone in a wonderful way into the net.

Damak quickly advanced with the second goal in the 53rd minute, through its player Habib Diallo, who received a ground cross from the right side inside the penalty area, which Habib met with a shot into the net.

Lodi threatened Damak's goal in the 70th minute after he shot a missile from inside the penalty area, but it passed near the left post and out of the field.

Al-Hilal returned to the atmosphere of the match again after scoring the second goal in the 73rd minute, through its player Musab Al-Jawir, after a cross into the penalty area. The goalkeeper tried to clear it, but Musab followed it up with a missile shot into the net.

Al-Hilal doubled the score with the third goal in the 84th minute, through its professional Mitrovic, after a cross from the left side by Musaab Al-Jawir inside the penalty area, which Mitro met with a shot into the net to score his second personal goal in the match.
