The Bahrain national team achieved its first victory over Australia, 1-0, on Thursday, at the Sea Pass Super Stadium in the city of Gold Coast, as part of the opening of the decisive third round of the Asian qualifiers.
In addition to Palestine and South Korea, the group includes the teams of Iraq, Jordan, the Sultanate of Oman and Kuwait, with two teams qualifying directly for the World Cup, while the third and fourth will qualify for the playoff
