Today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Youth and Sports granted the Al-Habilain Club, Burdfan, Lahj Governorate, temporary recognition, provided that it undergoes an evaluation process during the next three years.

The Minister of Youth and Sports, Nayef Al-Bakri, had handed over the temporary permit to the management of Al-Habilain Club, represented by the club’s president, Afif Mohsen Jaber, in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Sports Sector, Khaled Mohsen Al-Khulaifi, the Acting Undersecretary of the Training and Rehabilitation Sector, Saad Al-Omari, and the Director General of the General Administration of Federations and Clubs, Farhan Thabet Al-Muntaser. And Director of the Youth and Students Department of the Southern Transitional Council in Lahj, Adham Al-Ghazali.

On the sidelines of handing over the temporary recognition certificate, Minister Al-Bakri called on the club’s management to make more efforts in the coming period, to participate in all competitions held at the governorate level and in various games, and to work to include young people and take their hands to practice sports and pay attention to education as well. As a safe path to the future and a basic foundation for peace.

Al-Bakri stressed his interest and support for Al-Habilain Club and the youth of Radfan districts in general, given the specificity that characterizes the region, after it had been deprived of sports clubs for many years, pointing to the importance of opening broad horizons for young people and providing them with the opportunity to practice sports, through support Sports clubs and the construction of stadiums, especially in rural areas, praising the efforts of the club management and supporters.

For his part, the club management thanked the Ministry of Youth and Sports, led by His Excellency Minister Nayef Al-Bakri, for graciously granting the club the temporary permit, stressing that the club will be keen to practice many sports as part of its quest to obtain final recognition, noting that the club stands on the basis of A large number of young people and athletes capable of making history and advancing it in the future.

The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Ministry’s General Purchasing Department, Ahmed Moawadah, the Director of the Office of the Director of Land Protection, Major Farid Al-Atfi, the General Director of Public Relations at the club, Basel Al-Daari, and a number of members of the Board of Directors and social figures.
