Arsenal, the English club, has a super weapon, and it always causes concern to its competitors in the English Premier League and European Championships.
Mikel Merino scored Arsenal's second goal against Liverpool just before the end of the first half, in the two teams' match in the ninth round of the Premier League.
Merino scored his goal with a header, after a cross from his teammate Rice, which is a weapon that Arsenal has possessed since last season, and which Liverpool suffered from today.
Squawka website indicated that Arsenal have now scored 27 goals from set pieces in the English Premier League since the beginning of last season, more than any other team in the competition.
Sky Sports highlighted a conversation between Rice and Arsenal's dead-ball coach Nicolas Joffre, which made the goal a "reality".
The network said: “Just before that free kick, Rice went to Arsenal’s set-piece coach Nicolas Joffre and asked him whether he should take the free kick or Saka, who could take it with his left foot.”
She added: “Jover told Rice to shoot it, and that's why he's the best dead-ball coach ever.”
