The UAE national team achieved a major victory 5-0 over its Qatari guest for the sixth round in the first group of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers this evening, Tuesday.
The match witnessed the brilliance of player Fabio Lima, who scored 4 goals, as the owner of shirt number 10 opened the scoring early in the fourth minute.
The same player returned to score two goals in record time, through the penalty mark in the 45th minute and then in the 45th + 6th minute from a long-range free kick.
During the second half, Lima did not give the Qatari team long, deepening its wounds by scoring the fourth personal goal for himself and the UAE team in the 56th minute from the penalty mark as well.
Yahya Al-Ghassani scored the fifth goal for the UAE national team after a solo shot from the left side in the 73rd minute.
