Al-Ittihad won the Saudi Roshan League Classic, by defeating its guest Al-Nassr 2-1 in the thirteenth round, amid a large attendance at the “Radiant Jewel” Stadium.

Karim Benzema gave Al-Ittihad the lead in the 55th minute through an assist by Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti, before Cristiano Ronaldo quickly equalized for Al-Nasr, with a powerful shot from inside the penalty area in the 57th minute.

The match seemed to be heading towards a draw, before the Dutchman Steven Bergwijn gifted the match points to the dean, when he shot a wonderful shot past Pinto in the 90th + 1st minute.

Thus, Al-Ittihad achieved its ninth victory in a row, and the 12th this season.

Al-Ittihad increased its lead in the Saudi League, reaching 36 points, 5 points behind Al-Hilal II, while Al-Nasr fell to fourth place with 25 points
