Al-Nasr Saudi Arabia announced, this evening, Wednesday, the sale of its player’s contract to Rennes of France.
The official account of Al-Nasr, on the X platform, published a brief statement, in which it said: “The management of Al-Nasr Club Company has completed the procedures for selling the contract of the Ivorian player Sekou Fofana to the French club Rennes.”
Al-Nasr extended its sincere thanks to the player for what he did with the club.
Although Al-Alamy did not reveal the details of the transfer, press reports indicated that the 29-year-old left for 20 million euros.
Sekou Fofana had moved to Al-Nassr in the summer of 2023, coming from Lens, until June 2026, and he was loaned to Al-Ettifaq at the beginning of this year, and the loan period was renewed during the last summer transfers
