A new press report revealed some secrets related to Englishman Harry Kane’s contract with Bayern Munich, which he signed last summer after joining from Tottenham Hotspur in a record deal amounting to 110 million euros.
According to the newspaper "Sport Bild", there is a previously undisclosed clause in Kane's contract, related to the possibility of raising his salary if he fulfills some conditions.
She indicated that Kane deserves to receive an additional 250,000 euros if he succeeds in scoring more than 40 goals in all tournaments in one season.
This tally excludes the goals scored in the first two rounds of the German Cup, at a time when Bayern have already exited the tournament.
Jan Christian Driessen, CEO of the Bavarian Club, did not deny the existence of this clause, but rather confirmed that “these are the details of the contract that had not been disclosed before.”
It is noteworthy that the 30-year-old has scored 21 goals so far in various tournaments, 17 of which put him at the top of the list of scorers in the Bundesliga
