The President of the General Football Federation, Ahmed Saleh Al-Issa, called on the heads of the clubs in the temporary capital, Aden, and the head of the Football Association branch in Aden, to a joint meeting in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, to discuss football activity and develop all possible solutions to the problems that the clubs are suffering from.
This came during a memorandum sent by the General Football Federation today, Wednesday, and the memorandum confirmed the keenness of the Federation’s President, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Essa, to activate football activities in Aden clubs and the necessity of them returning to their previous position in sports.
The memorandum indicated that the meeting would be with the president of the federation in person in Cairo, to discuss football activity
And developing all possible solutions to the problems that the clubs suffer from.
The memorandum concluded by asking the club heads to agree in writing to the invitation submitted, so that the date of the meeting could be determined, and the travel time from Aden to Cairo could be arranged.
The Yemeni sports street is hopeful about any possible solutions and treatments for the ongoing crisis, which has exceeded three years, hoping that all parties will overcome all differences and give priority to the public interest of youth and athletes.
