Barcelona continued its victories in the Spanish League, beating Deportivo Alaves on Saturday evening.

Barcelona returned from Alaves Stadium with a valuable victory (3-1) in the 23rd round of the Spanish League.

With this, coach Xavi Hernandez's team achieved its second victory in a row, and the 15th in total in the current edition of La Liga.

Barcelona took the lead through Robert Lewandowski in the 22nd minute, the only goal of the first half.

Ilkay Gundogan added a second goal (49th minute), then Samu Omorodion scored Alaves' goal two minutes later.

In the 63rd minute, substitute Vitor Roque scored a third goal for Barca, before he was sent off approximately 10 minutes later.

With this victory, Barcelona raised its score to 50 points, placing it in third place in the Spanish League table, 7 points behind its rival Real Madrid, who faces Atletico Madrid in the same round (Sunday).

On the other hand, Deportivo Alaves's balance stopped at 26 points, with the Basque team occupying 12th place.
