In the presence of the Director General of the Youth and Sports Office in Aden, Captain Wijdan Shazly, this afternoon, on the courts of the Aden Tennis Club in the city of Crater in the temporary capital, Aden, the ninth ground tennis championship competitions were launched, organized by the Aden Tennis Club in Aden, with generous sponsorship by Shehab Insurance and Trade Agencies, represented by the General Director, Mr. Aqeel Omar Shehab, honorary president of the Adani Tennis Club, where the participants in the tournament compete in the two categories (premier singles - junior singles under the age of 16 years). The tournament competitions will continue during the period from February 4-11, 2024 AD, and the tournament will be held under the supervision of the club’s technical committee headed by the able captain. Wadih Thabet and the membership of Captain Samir Sanad and Wagdy Mohsen, whose competitions are held on the club’s three courts and with a one-time knockout system in accordance with the international system of tennis.

This tournament is considered the launch of the club’s activities plan for the current year 2024 AD, and it is an extension of the activities and tournaments organized by the Aden Tennis Club administration in recent years, especially since the ancient club is preparing to hold the elite tournament as well as the centenary tournament within the framework of the club’s upcoming activities during the current year.
