An official match in Iraq ended after only half an hour.. What happened?

A strange case occurred in the Iraqi League on Friday evening, represented by a team withdrawing from a match during the first half, without returning to the field.
Al-Qasim team withdrew from its match against Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, in the 16th round of the Iraq Stars Football League, because the latter was awarded a penalty kick.
The referee awarded a penalty kick because Al-Qasim goalkeeper hit the face of Al-Jawiya striker, Iraqi international Ayman Hussein, with his fist, in the 29th minute.
Hamid Naeem, manager of the Al Qasim team, objected to the decision of referee Samer Amer, and decided to withdraw his team from the match. In protest against the award of a penalty kick to the Air Force.
After the match referee waited for the legal period, Salem Amer ended the match in the 38th minute, giving Al-Jawa Al-Qawiyah team 3 points.
