Al-Tilal Club, the dean of the Arabian Peninsula clubs, strengthened the ranks of its first football team with four players, namely: defender Akram Abdullah, focal line player Anwar Hussein Farhan, and right-back Ghassan Safwan, all of whom came from Al-Rawda Club, in addition to the signing of striker Hamed Waheed. Hamed, the player coming from Al-Shoula Club, won the top scorer award in the Aden Premier League in its second edition.
The contract signing ceremony was held this evening at the club’s headquarters, in the presence of members of the club’s board of directors, presented by the club’s secretary general, Captain Adel Saeed, the financial officer, Mr. Abdul Karim Abdullah, the activity officer, Captain Hamada Al-Wadi, and his assistant, Captain Ali Shabir.
These new deals for Al-Tilal come within the framework of strengthening the ranks of the team that is preparing to compete in the 28th edition of the Al-Muraisi Ramadan Championship.
The football team will resume its preparations for the Al-Muraisi Championship next Saturday afternoon, following the end of the vacation set by the team’s technical staff after the end of the Aden Premier League, in which the team obtained second place in the rankings.
