The Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, received today, Wednesday, the governorate’s public debt, the Aden Unity Club team, which was crowned champion of the second edition of the Aden Premier Football League.
Lamlas, during the meeting attended by the governor’s representatives, Rashad Shayea, Awad Mubjer, and Wissam Muawiyah, General Manager of Sheikh Othman Directorate, and President of Wahdat Aden Club, congratulated the players, technical staff and management on their crowning of the Aden Premier League title for the second time in a row, stressing that this reflects what The team possesses football talent and high technical capabilities.
Lamlas praised the great success achieved by the tournament in its second edition, noting that this gives the local authority the incentive to continue supporting sports activities in the capital, Aden, until it regains its position, leadership, and prestige for which it is known at the national level and the region in general.
