The Loyalty Tournament for the deceased Mr. Adel Al-Assem and Captain Salem for the popular teams will conclude tomorrow afternoon, Sunday, which is being held with the support and financing of the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank “CAC Bank”, and organized by the Khormaksar District Youth Committee, when the Al-Arish and Yarmouk Stars teams meet in the final match of the tournament.

The Doctors' Neighborhood Stadium, next to the former Continental Hotel, will host the final match. Incidentally, it is the first match that will be held in the stadium, which will officially open tomorrow, Sunday, after its rehabilitation process took place under the supervision of Engineer Musab Suhail from the Bazraa Foundation, so that it is ready to host the match.

The Al-Arish and Yarmouk Stars teams qualified for the final match and the final scene of the tournament after the strong performance presented by the two teams throughout their participation in the tournament rounds, before they advanced to the final by successfully surpassing the semi-finals, where the Al-Arish Stars won against Al-Kaffen, while the Yarmouk team qualified for the final at the expense of Al-Qadisiyah team.

The tournament competitions, which were intended to pay tribute to the deceased Mr. Adel Al-Assam and Captain Salem Al-Assam, witnessed the participation of 28 popular teams from various regions of the district, and were played in a knockout format during the period between February 4 - March 10.

It is noteworthy that the tournament was held under the supervision of Ahmed Awad Al-Masoudi and from a committee formed under the chairmanship of Captain Salah Salem, and the membership of Mansour Al-Attar, Muhammad Al-Qashbari, Muhammad Al-Sayyid, Nashwan Awadin, Mahdi Abu Jamil, Saleh Al-Fashashi, and Fadl Al-Sulaimani.
