A video clip documented floods sweeping away a car, after heavy rains in Tabuk, while two people fell in the floods.
The video circulated on social media showed Seoul sweeping away a car while three of its passengers tried to stand on top of the roof of the car to save themselves from drowning.
The video shows the car drifting in heavy rain water, and a person fell from the top of the car in the middle of the torrents, and seconds later another person fell, while some people gathered around the torrent stream and were unable to save the passengers and the car.
