Deserts appear barren and barren, but they are full of life, whether thanks to the special plants that survive in this harsh environment, or the hidden animals that you can only see after digging deep into the sand.
During a trip inside the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during October to search for wildlife of all kinds, the Saudi photographer, Nasser Al-Othman, spotted a sand cat
Al-Othman said: “I visited him almost every morning for a week, and I captured some scenes of him.”
One time, as fate would have it, a fox escaping from a predatory osprey passed by Cat Booker, and this led to a series of dynamic images.
The photographer explained: “(The fox) found nothing but the wild cat’s burrow (to hide in), and within 5 seconds, this battle took place. The scene itself was the best representation of wildlife.”
And in case you were wondering who emerged victorious, the cute sand cat succeeded in expelling the fox from its burrow in the end.
According to what was reported by the official website of the Saudi Press Agency, “SPA”, the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve is one of the seven reserves established under the royal decree, and it holds governmental membership in the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
