The Jahra area in Kuwait recorded the highest temperature in the world yesterday, at 51 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Department stated that Kuwait City recorded 49 degrees, the Abdali area 50 degrees, and Al-Jahra 51 degrees, according to what it reported according to Kuwaiti newspapers
Kuwait meteorologist Fahd Al-Otaibi said that the Jahra region in Kuwait recorded the highest temperature in the world on Friday, at 51 degrees Celsius.
In the same context, the Kuwaiti Al-Jarida website reported that the electrical load index on Friday afternoon exceeded the 16 megawatt barrier to reach 16,141 megawatts, and indicated that this was due to the rise in weather temperatures.
