The Hebrew website "Ynet" reported that an explosion occurred on Friday/Saturday night near the Israeli embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus, indicating that the perpetrators were of Syrian origin.
The site said that the accident did not cause any injuries.
According to Cypriot media reports, one person was arrested and three others were detained for questioning on suspicion of involvement in the explosion.
