Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman discussed on Sunday with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan the need to intensify efforts to stop the ongoing Israeli attacks and violations.
The Saudi News Agency (SPA) said that the Crown Prince discussed by telephone with the Egyptian President the developments of the situation in the Palestinian territories, stressing the necessity of making all Arab and Islamic efforts to stop acts of escalation and stop the continuing Israeli violations against the Palestinian people.
The agency quoted the Crown Prince’s confirmation - in a phone call with the Turkish President - of the Kingdom’s keenness to unify Arab and Islamic efforts to support the Palestinian people in the face of the brutal aggression they are being subjected to by the Israeli occupation forces, and the need to intensify efforts to stop the ongoing Israeli attacks and violations against the Palestinians.
This comes in light of the occupation's escalation of its operations in the areas of the West Bank, and its continued incursions into the city of Jenin and its camp since midnight last Tuesday, by launching a military operation that is considered the largest since 2002, leaving martyrs, wounded, and widespread destruction of infrastructure.
This coincides with its continuation of its war on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October, leaving tens of thousands of martyrs, wounded and missing amid a humanitarian situation described as catastrophic and a worsening famine looming over the besieged Strip.
