The foreign ministers of the Group of Seven countries, on Saturday, condemned “in the strongest terms” Iran’s export and purchase of ballistic missiles.

The United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany imposed new sanctions on Iran, especially targeting the Iranian airline, after accusing it of delivering ballistic missiles to Russia to strike Ukraine.
On Tuesday, Germany, France and Britain announced the imposition of new sanctions targeting the Iranian air transport sector after those countries accused Tehran of supplying Russia with short-range missiles for use in Ukraine.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said during a visit to London that “Russia has received shipments of these ballistic missiles and will likely use them within weeks in Ukraine against the Ukrainians.”
He added that dozens of Russian soldiers were trained in Iran to use the “Fatah 360” ballistic missile system, which has a range of up to 120 kilometers.
Iran denied delivering any weapons to Russia for use in the war in Ukraine, and vowed to respond to the recent sanctions.
