German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock announced during a visit to Moldova on Tuesday that Germany will provide additional aid worth 100 million euros ($111 million) to Ukraine this winter.

Beirbuk said before a ministerial conference in Chisinau that Russia was again planning to “wage a winter war to make the lives of people in Ukraine as terrible as possible.”
