The third man in Hezbollah.. Who is Karki, who was targeted by Israel?

After the Israeli army announced that it carried out a targeted strike in Beirut, on Monday evening, while Army Radio reported that the target was Hezbollah leader Ali Karki, Hezbollah denied hitting him, stressing that he was fine.
Hezbollah issued a statement denying the killing of the party's third man and commander of the southern front, saying that he was "okay and has moved to a safe place."
The Lebanese News Agency revealed that the Israeli strike on the Madi neighborhood in the southern suburb of Beirut was carried out using 3 missiles.
Israeli Army Radio reported, citing sources, that “the target of the attack in Beirut was the leader Ali Karki, the commander of the southern front in Hezbollah, and the third man in the leadership ladder.”
The highest military commander
Karki is considered the highest-ranking military commander in the party, and he is also a member of what is known as the “Jihad Council,” which is the military and security wing of “Hezbollah.”
According to Israeli sources, Hassan Nasrallah appointed Ali Karaki to succeed Fouad Shukr, “Hajj Mohsen,” who was assassinated in an Israeli raid last July.
Survived an assassination attempt
Karki was the leader of the Southern Front in the Lebanese party, and Tel Aviv attempted to assassinate him in February of this year by bombing a car in the city of Nabatieh, but he was not in the targeted car.
Karki is considered a dominant and powerful figure in the war against Israel by virtue of his position as responsible for the southern sector, from which a large portion of the party’s fighters come.
