Israel resumed its raids on towns in the south, for the fifth day in a row, after intense bombardment on several areas in the Bekaa (eastern Lebanon).
Lebanese sources reported that 9 people were killed in an Israeli raid on a house in the southern town of Shebaa, and 3 others were killed when a car was targeted in the Bint Jbeil district, and they confirmed that the raids targeted several towns in the south.
Hezbollah fired several missiles towards Israel, sirens sounded in Haifa Bay, and one missile landed in Haifa Bay and another in its north.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced (Thursday) that 92 people were killed and 153 others were injured in Israeli raids during the past 24 hours.
The Israeli raids since last Monday left more than 700 people dead, including many civilians, according to the Ministry of Health.
The Israeli bombing led to the displacement of more than 90,000 people, according to the United Nations, who headed especially to Beirut, areas in the north, and Syria. The Lebanese authorities explained that more than 31,000 people, the majority of whom are Syrians, have crossed the border into Syria since the beginning of the week.
