Today, Thursday, the Israeli occupation forces launched a massive arrest campaign targeting 22 Palestinians in various governorates of the West Bank, including two children and a journalist.
The Commission for the Affairs of Ex-Prisoners and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club reported, in a joint statement, that the arrest operations were concentrated in the Hebron Governorate, while they included the governorates of Ramallah, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem.
These arrests were accompanied by violent raids into Palestinian homes, accompanied by attacks and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to widespread acts of sabotage and destruction.
Eyewitnesses also reported that the occupation forces continued to storm Al-Far’a camp in Tubas Governorate.
It is noteworthy that the number of Palestinian arrests since the escalation of violence has exceeded 11,200 citizens in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
