The American carrier Delta Air Lines said on Tuesday that it will stop its flights between John F. Kennedy is in New York and Tel Aviv until the end of March due to escalating conflict in the region and security concerns in Israel.
The airline had previously suspended its flights to Tel Aviv until the end of 2024.
International airlines suspended their flights to Israel and Lebanon, and adjusted their flight schedules to avoid Iranian and Lebanese airspace, in an attempt to ensure the safety of passengers as security concerns increased in the region.
