The United States announced a large financial reward for obtaining information about an Iranian cyber company that attempted to influence the last US presidential elections.
The Rewards for Justice program of the US State Department said in a tweet on its account on the “X” platform on Thursday: “If you have information about the Iranian cyber company (Eminet Pasargad) and its malicious activities or the entities and individuals associated with it.” Send it to us, and you could be eligible for a reward of up to $10 million.”
He added that the company "Eminet Pasargad", which was formerly known as "Elianet Gostar", and the company "Nit Bigard Samavat", attempted to influence the 2022 US presidential elections, by implementing a campaign of intimidation against voters and spreading misleading information.
The program indicated that any information about this company or those associated with it would help uncover efforts carried out by Iran to influence the presidential elections and other activities harmful to the United States.
