The Israeli army announced, on Monday, the release of a female soldier who was among the hostages held by the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip since October 7.
Avichai Adraee, spokesman for the Israeli army, said in a post on the “X” platform: “Tonight, the soldier in the IDF, Uri Magedish, was freed after she was kidnapped by the (Hamas) organization.” Idraee added: “The soldier was medically examined, she is in good condition, and she met with her family. The IDF and the Shin Bet will continue to work to release the kidnapped persons.
