100 raids in one day.. Syria under Israeli bombing fire

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed today that it launched more than 100 raids on military sites in Syria, according to Agence France-Presse.
The Observatory reported that one of the raids destroyed the scientific research center in Barzeh, northeast of Damascus.
The director of the Observatory, Rami Abdel Rahman, said, “The number of Israeli raids on military sites on Monday exceeded the threshold of 100 raids,” considering that Israel is “destroying Syria’s military capabilities,” the day after the overthrow of President Bashar al-Assad’s rule and his flight from Syria.
Journalists and eyewitnesses reported that they heard huge and violent explosions in the Syrian capital, Damascus, on Monday evening, according to Reuters.
According to witnesses, the explosions occurred in Barzeh, near a Syrian government center linked to the production of chemical weapons.
