The acting governor of the Russian Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, said on Wednesday that a missile attack damaged an industrial facility and dozens of cars last night in the port of Taganrog in southwestern Russia.
Slyusar added on the Telegram application, “No one was injured according to preliminary information.”
