The Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Khaled bin Salman, received the Commander of the Lebanese Army, General Joseph Aoun, and the discussion dealt with cooperation relations between the armies of the two countries, and the general situation in Lebanon.

In a post on the “X” platform, Prince Khalid bin Salman indicated that the meeting dealt with a review of bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Lebanon in the military and defense fields, in addition to discussing the latest developments in the situation in Lebanon and the efforts made to address them.

This meeting comes within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to enhance cooperation with Lebanese military institutions, and to support Lebanon’s stability in light of the challenges it faces at the political, economic, and security levels.
