The Hamas Ministry of Health announced on Friday that 77 people were killed in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.
Thus, the Palestinian death toll rises to 45,658 since the beginning of the war between Israel and the movement nearly 15 months ago.
The Ministry also stated in a statement that at least 108,583 people have been infected since October 7, 2023.
It explained that during the past 24 hours, Israel committed “8 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, including 77 dead and 145 injured in hospitals.”
She added: “There are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.”
On the other hand, the Israeli army announced in a statement on Friday the firing of two missiles from the northern Gaza Strip towards the border city of Sderot in southern Israel.
One rocket fell near Kibbutz Nir Am, and the other fell in an open area, without causing any casualties.
