Gaza health spokesman Ashraf Al-Qudra confirmed that Israeli tanks surrounded the Rantissi, Al-Nasr, Al-Oyoun, and mental health hospitals in Gaza from all directions.

 Al-Qudra pointed out, “These hospitals contain thousands of patients, medical staff, and displaced persons who are trapped inside them without water or food and are at risk of death at any moment.”

He said: “The world should be ashamed of itself in the face of the massacres, targeting and besieging hospitals being committed without doing anything.”

A girl trapped with her family inside Al-Rantisi Hospital made an urgent appeal for relief for patients and displaced people inside the hospital besieged by Israeli tanks from all directions, noting that they had received an urgent warning to evacuate the hospital.

The girl pointed out that the evacuation order came at a very critical time, and that there was no presence of Red Cross crews or any official body to guarantee the safety of the civilians who would evacuate the hospital.

Social media sites were filled with video clips showing the incursion of Israeli tanks into the Gaza Strip, specifically in the Al-Nasr neighborhood, west of Gaza City, near Al-Rantisi Hospital.

 Another video clip also showed the displacement of hundreds of Palestinians from the north of the Gaza Strip towards the south, escaping the ongoing Israeli bombing of their residential neighborhoods, in addition to the lack of the basic necessities of life in those areas.
