Russian -American agreement to completely resume diplomatic work

The US Secretary of State, in the wake of Russian -American talks, announced today, Tuesday, the Washington and Moscow agreement to resume the work of the two countries ’embassies in their full crews, according to the Russian agency RT.
The agency quoted Minister Rubio as saying: “We will resume the work of diplomatic missions in the two countries. It was agreed with the formation of a consultative mechanism to take the necessary steps to normalize the work of diplomatic missions.”
He added: "Our diplomatic crews in Washington and Moscow will continue to continue talking on Ukraine," stressing that "the meeting with Russia is established for future cooperation," as he put it.
"The goal is to end this conflict in a fair, permanent and acceptable manner for all the parties concerned," Rubio said after the Riyadh talks.The US State Department emphasized that the two ministers agreed to put a "consultation mechanism" to resolve their differences, and to form "high -level" teams to negotiate the end of the Ukraine war.
US State Department spokeswoman Tami Bruce said that Rubio and Lavrov agreed to "appoint high -level teams to start working on a path to end the conflict in Ukraine as soon as possible in a permanent, sustainable and acceptable way from all sides."
