The resignation of Muhammad Jawad Zarif from the position of Iranian Vice President

Former Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who negotiated the 2015 nuclear agreement with the international powers, resigned from his position as vice -president, according to the official media on Monday.
The official "IRNA" agency stated that "the letter of the resignation of Zarif was sent to President Masoud Bouchakian, but he has not yet responded to this", without providing additional details.
Zarif said in a post on the "X" platform, "I faced the most terrible insults, slanders and threats of my right and the right of my family, and I lived the worst period within my forty years."
