The Israeli army turns a third of the Gaza Strip area, a "buffer zone"

The Israeli army announced, on Wednesday, that it had turned about 30% of the Gaza Strip area into a "security cordon", that is, a buffer zone that the Palestinian population cannot live in.
The army said in a statement that it attacked about 1,200 a "terrorist goal" by air and carried out more than 100 "targeted" liquidation "since the resumption of its attack in the Strip on March 18, after a two -month truce.
Last March, the Israeli Defense Minister, Yisrael Cat, stated that he directed the Israeli army to seize more lands of the Gaza Strip until Hamas released all the hostages, warning that these seizures will be "permanent".
Yisrael added: "I issued my instructions to the Israeli army to seize additional areas, with the evacuation of the population." He explained that this step "will expand the security areas around Gaza to protect the Israeli population gatherings and the Israeli army soldiers through Israel's permanent preservation of lands."
Katz warned: "The more enthusiasm continues to reject it, the more land it lost for the benefit of Israel."
He said that the Israeli army will intensify its air strikes on Gaza and will expand its ground operations until the hostages are released.
