Iranian official television announced, on Saturday, the conclusion of the second round of Iranian -American nuclear talks, which was held in Rome.
Iranian television stated that the third round of nuclear talks between Tehran and Washington will be held in a few days.
According to Iranian television, the atmosphere of Iranian -American talks in Rome was "constructive".
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqji and the American delegate to the Middle East, Steve Wittouf, had started talks on Iran's nuclear file that raises tension between Tehran and Western countries, in Oman on April 12.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the talks will discuss a timetable for negotiations and perhaps a general framework for a new agreement.
Before heading to Rome, Araqji expressed his country's readiness to reach a peaceful solution on the nuclear file.
During a press conference with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov in Moscow, Araqji said that the agreement is possible if Washington is realistic.
Israeli officials have told Washington in the past few weeks that they believe that the American talks with Iran should not advance to the stage of concluding an agreement without guarantees that Tehran will not have the ability to make a nuclear weapon.
Araqji, his Italian counterpart, Antonio Tajani minutes before he attended indirect talks with the United States.
The Iranian news agency "Mehr" reported that the talks of Araqji and Tajani dealt with bilateral relations and international issues of common concern.
