Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant considered that, “When it becomes clear what the Israeli army did in Gaza, it will also affect the West Bank.”
In detail, Yoav Galant conducted an assessment of the situation in Central Command with Major General Yehuda Fuchs and other senior officials.
Gallant said: “It is very important that the West Bank remains calm so that we can complete our mission in the Gaza Strip, eliminate Hamas... and reduce its military and governmental capabilities and achieve the desired result there.”
Gallant added: “When it becomes clear what the Israeli army did in Gaza, it will affect the West Bank as well as all other places.”
The Palestinian Prisoners' Club announced that Israeli forces arrested 30 Palestinians in various areas of the West Bank from yesterday evening until this morning, bringing the total number of detainees since October 7 to 3,760.
The death toll from the Israeli bombing on the Gaza Strip rose to 18,205, according to what the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Monday.
Israeli forces continue to bomb cities and governorates in the northern and southern Gaza Strip as the war enters its 66th day, amid violent clashes and international fears of a worsening humanitarian catastrophe.
