Hamas today (Wednesday) condemned Israel's "crime" of executing civilians in a school in Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, according to the German News Agency.
Hamas said, in a press statement reported by the Palestinian Press Agency (Safa): “The continuing crimes of the occupation against our Palestinian people are revealed day after day, the most recent of which was documented by the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club and what was narrated by Palestinian citizens of the occupation forces executing about 30 Palestinians.” In one of the schools in Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip, they were handcuffed and blindfolded, which indicates that the occupation army carried out a massacre against civilians by executing them in the field after abusing them.
She stressed that “this heinous crime and others committed by the neo-Nazis against our Palestinian people will remain a curse that haunts them, and the day will come when they will be held accountable for their brutality and crimes that exceed the most horrific violations known to humanity in our modern era.”
Hamas called on human rights organizations to “document this horrific crime, to prosecute this criminal army and its Nazi leaders who continue to kill and exterminate our Palestinian people without regard to the decisions of the International Court of Justice, which called on it to stop the crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing.”
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club had stated in a statement that “the bodies of 30 shackled martyrs had been found,” noting that this is clear evidence of a “Zionist execution crime” against them, and that there is increasing data indicating that detainees from Gaza have been subjected to executions as the genocide continues. Collectivism in the sector.
He explained that the bodies of the thirty dead were found on Wednesday in Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip, inside one of the schools that was besieged by the Israeli army.
The Prisoner’s Club said that witness accounts show that the dead “were handcuffed and blindfolded, which confirms that they were under arrest, which clearly shows that the occupation committed the crime of field execution against them.”
Dozens of Palestinian men were arrested during a raid on a nearby United Nations school where people were taking shelter during the war, and pictures show them gagged and naked in the street.
Pictures showed that Israeli forces stripped dozens of Palestinian men of their clothes, blindfolded them and paraded them in the streets of Gaza.
An eyewitness said that at least seven men were killed by forces' bullets because they did not comply with the soldiers' orders quickly enough, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory.
