The investigating judge in the Sixth Office of the Financial Judicial Pole in Tunisia decided to issue an inspection circular against a former Minister of State Property and Real Estate Affairs without mentioning his name.
The judge was unable to investigate the minister regarding a file of financial and administrative corruption related to his supervision of the Ministry of State Property.
The security services are searching for the minister’s whereabouts, noting that he has been banned from traveling for months based on a judicial decision.
