After convicting them of killing a person with bullets and knives, an Egyptian court ruled to refer the papers of 4 defendants to the Mufti to give a legal opinion on their execution.
In details, the Shubra El Kheima Criminal Court in Qalyubia Governorate, north of the country, ruled to death by hanging four brothers on charges of killing a person, due to previous disputes in the Qanater El Khayriyah Center Department.
The defendants’ referral order stated that the defendants, who were between 20 and 26 years old, “deliberately killed the victim with premeditation and premeditation on November 30, 2022.”
The defendants attacked the victim with knives and shot him, due to previous disputes between them.
The murder was coupled with another felony, as the perpetrators proceeded to kill another person intentionally with premeditation by being determined and intending to kill him to prevent him from defending the first victim, so they assaulted and beat him.
The prosecution charged the perpetrators with “possessing a firearm, ammunition, and knives without a legal reason out of professional necessity,” and the court concluded its decision to refer the defendants’ papers to the Mufti in preparation for their execution.
