A new suicide bombing rocks a mosque in Pakistan during Friday prayers, in an attack that left people dead and led to its roof collapsing on the worshipers, who were estimated to number in the dozens.
According to local media, at least 4 people were killed and more than 12 wounded in a suicide bombing that targeted a mosque in the city of Hangu, located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, northwestern Pakistan.

She explained that two suicide bombers carried out the attack. One of them targeted the gate of the police station, but its members were able to neutralize him, while the second blew himself up inside the mosque, noting that at least 4 people were killed as a result of the attack, including a police officer.
In statements to local media, Doba District Police Officer, Nizar Ahmed, said that the bombing occurred inside a police station, and more than 30 people were buried under the rubble after the roof of the mosque collapsed following the bombing.

The second in a day
For their part, police officials said that two armed men tried to enter the police station by shooting at the gate, and they added that one of the terrorists was killed at the gate by the police.
The shooting resulted in the injury of two police officers, according to the same sources that indicated that the second gunman blew himself up inside the mosque.
