The government media office in Gaza reported today, Friday, that the death toll from the Kuwait Roundabout massacre had risen to more than 100 dead and 200 wounded as a result of Israeli helicopters targeting them while they were waiting for humanitarian aid to arrive.
The office said in a statement, “The Israeli army is targeting, for the twentieth day in a row, those waiting for aid, amid the world’s complete inability to stop it from committing these crimes.”
The office held the American administration responsible for its failure to stop the genocide, stressing that the Israeli army was aware of the coordinates of where the citizens were waiting and was deliberately targeting them.
Israeli forces targeted a crowd of Palestinians gathered near the Kuwait Roundabout in Gaza City, north of the Strip, waiting for humanitarian aid, in an incident that has become repeated.
Israeli forces committed a massacre at the end of last February, shooting hundreds of Palestinians while they were waiting to receive humanitarian aid at the Nabulsi roundabout near Al-Rashid Street in the Gaza Strip, killing more than 100 people.
